The Mindfulness Now Programme (8 week or 4 week course)

This course teaches all the major aspects of mindfulness, providing an understanding of theory and a deep dive into mindfulness meditation practices, enabling participants to develop and maintain a personalised practice that aligns with their lifestyle and individual needs. It is a fusion of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction) and MBCT Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) incorporating the key elements of both approaches.
